entropic Kreations is intentional.

Entropy in this instance is reminiscent of our inner child. Kreations is what we get when we choose to grow out of the whimsical comfort of childhood. 

Yet if we did not continuously enter and leave that state of Entropy throughput our lives, we would not be who we are today.

Thus while entropy is inevitable, the lessons we learn are priceless.

ABOUT US - Founder Katelyn Tyler 

Entropic Kat is capitalized ss sort of a limbo statement. I am a voluntary guide and spelunking, delving into the depths of my own entropy and learning the signs necessary to control my descend and help my clients recognize them.

Some of these signs include emotion regulation and time management.

Becoming a business owner and leaving a steady paycheck behind is my current soire into the depths. I wish I could say it was planned, but with unemployment so high betting on myself vs the job market seems to be the safer bet, and you know what? I've never been happier.

Granted, I am beyond grateful to my support system, which has allowed me to choose happiness and recovery from years of Burnout.

Part of the entropic journey is to own your truth. And the truth I have gained is: 

I don't want a job. 

I want to build a business. I want to know the cost of going above and beyond for my clients. I want to empower my team to thrive and want to engage.

I want to utilize everything I have learned working for others to build an empire. I am not keen on a few things, but getting over my fears and inadequacies are well worth the trade off.

Company Structure
Singed Sticks LLC is a manufacturing company dealing in woodburned products.

Paper comes from wood. The written word began with paper and evolved onto computer screens. Words originated from symbols, like the symbols we use to ground logos.

We come full circle back to entropic Kreations. Entropy represents the cycle of life. Pushing us in waves of time up and down. How we communicate is how we create growth, pulling us from the downward spiral of entropy into an upward cycle of growth. The ebb and flow.

Neither are big enough to be their own thing yet, but the seeds have been sowed for the brands to begin to grow, as a patient gardner cultivates them.

Hmm, maybe our brand managers will be gardners.

Daily activities
- Pick a niche and call businesses in that niche to set an appointment or follow a script up to your level until warm hand off
- Take notes on your performance 
- Make goals & mark behaviors that hinder and help
- Reflect weekly with coach over recorded calls
- Advance to closing over a series of training levels and practice
- Every client you begin a conversation with is yours. Any appointment that is closed for you earns a flat Commission, before reaching Cultivator (Manager)
- Closing Level (Cultivation Assistant) earns 7% commissions to start. Each level thereafter advances commissions up to 30%. Cultivator (Trainer) earns 30>5% of trainee's commissions. Decreases to 5% as Gardner grows and takes over their original accounts. Cultivator can take on up to 5 clients as their own, and still earns residual income on all original accounts. Once hired ensure you understand pay and check for spiffs each season. (5 - Every 60 days) Nov-Dec Voluntary 

The Operational year is Jan-Oct
A Rotating Tractor maintains operations through hibernation.
A time for projects, and analytics, and light operational work for the entropic Bowl.

Shifts are on light duty unless active projects are in effect to maximize holiday time & R&R.

Teambuilding Retreat for Cultivators and 1 Cultivator in training per team first 10 days of the fiscal year. The CEO must be present for a minimum of 5 days. The top 3 personel at the end of June get to choose the winter team builders & the top 3 end of October choose the Summer Set & pick first in the entropic bowl.

Employee Culture
entropic Bowl
November the fiscal year begins, and hiring freezes for 2 months. All not on vacation may participate in the entropic Bowl Nov15-Jan15 - a non profit Olympics to show off brand building prowess and run a team of your making.

Prizes consist of local business donations & the judges score on behaviors with the deciding factor being number of people helped and total dollar amount collected before the new year.

Budgets/Departments
Compensation should always be equitable to the needs of the employee/1099 without creating grief for company &or client.

FUNdamental Right to THRIVE
The company bonus reserve is seperate from payroll.
Even 1099 employees should be able to participate in team building events, bonuses, and engagement.

Security
1099 employees are considered internal on everything but access. Remote employees have seperate security protocols to access accounts and perform work.

Any risk involving company access outside of HQ must be insured by a $2,000,000 personal liability, cybersecurity, and client malpractice policy. Premiums are deducted from pay to ensure it stays in force.

At some point, we'd like to invest in real estate to provide reasonable housing to employees with a fixed cost of living increase deducted from paycheck. Legal? Idk, but a goal nonetheless.
