Smart Receptionists - AI Next Gen

Can you imagine intelligent phone call screening, that captures and engages most (98%) of your web traffic.
>Actually if you set up a tablet kiosk in store, you could even engage foot traffic. People gravitate towards screens, even if it's just because it looks cool. More on this tangent: Out of the box Cellular Solutions
Anyway. The rest of this article was built for over the phone service. Event and sales call booking, sales funnel and course package building.

Smart Receptionist Concept: Vida.io/examples

This site is the best example I have found for a solution that has me buzzing. I am not selling Vida, and there's a reason for that. More below.

Now, before we go any further, I need to set something straight. For those tgat have been following me for a bit, you have likely picked up on my distinct lack of enthusiasm over AI. My overall reservations have not changed. Humans tend to experiment with dangerous concepts all in service to making a quick buck or finding a shortcut and it will backfire. AI has a greater capacity for harm than anybody really wants to entertain, but currently we are in the honeymoon phase and the majority are playing with it and finding cool ways to leverage it.

The Smart Receptionist Concept is one such way that has so much potential and is overlooked, because it does take a bit more skill to set up than initially meets the eye.

The link above points to a very cheap and basic tool to set one up. The examples paint a decent picture and it gets the job done.

If you prefer not to check it out yourself, I'll briefly explain what the examples show and the implications.

AI Next Gen Virtual Receptionist
What is it?
When a potential client reaches a website at any point and on any page, it will be from a mobile device 80+% of the time.
The AI Receptionist can be integrated into your webpages to pop up immediately or when leaving, or when a customer clicks to call or ask a question.
This Smart button to text or Call then has an intelligent conversation with the customer, in whichever preferred method.
If by text, it operates much like an autoresponder chat, but with a clear step above the pre inserted answers.
By call a recorded voice answers questions and asks follow up questions in a conversational tone, guiding you towards making a decision to visit or set up a call with a salesperson, or if you so choose to purchase by linking to the relevant software or purchase page.

Implications
- 24/7 response, the AI response allows customers to receive information at any time of the day and be politely and professionally guided into committing time or making a decision to purchase.

- 65% conversion or higher. Can you imagine? More than half of your web traffic actually becoming customers.

Reduced Labor. This is where I see a potential conflict, robots replacing humans. But with this specifically, it's a welcome upgrade.

- When the phone rings 80% of the time is wasted, because the receptionist or admin just want the caller off the phone so they can get back to the million other things they have to do. A ringing phone is an annoyance for the in office humans.
However, if the calls that got through to the humans were relevant and of quality, it wouldn't be so annoying.
So let's call it mire efficient labor and this lovely robot automation also comes at a fraction of the price of an employee, depending on what's needed. The cost is determined by minute. The example I've included at the top is roughly $1.20/min plus .15/min after overage.

It's decent, but basic. And the pricing is tiered so the more you spend, the more support you get. The $500 pack matches my unique offer with a slight difference.

I'll be straight with you, I want to learn how to build AI Assistants. Not actually the code, at least not right now, but the customized builds. So my offer matches their's in price, but you would gain a greater level of expertise and overall quality.

I know from experience that I learn from best from volume, so I figure building 200 of these Next Gen AI's is a decent start. The only catch is, at minimum, I need 10 folk to sign up at that $500 price point, and I need to be able to access your website code to turn it on.

I can bundle this same offer with my "you have got to be kidding me pricing" on my other services for purchasing one of the first 200 services.

I know it's a little hard to follow, so allow me to break down the options.

Zapier Integrations (We build a custom process so a webhost bot hits the right conversational ques and guides your clients to buy now, while thinking about it.)
5000 min for $500, 12 cents min overage. $1/min packages locked in for life (subject to economic fluctuation only)
Setup included - because I'm learning how to do it properly and speedily, and I appreciate the opportunity.

The pre-requisite: I need to sell 10,  5000 minute packages, to be able to purchase the software and build the bot for you. If you know of other folk in your network that could benefit from the service, I could do a group zoom call.
I would love to meet in person if feasible, but this time of year I cannot promise it, though it is a future possibility.

Start-up funding
While seeking investors is likely the 'normal' route, I am not comfortable with it. I have much of my business tied into my identity, which means I hold myself personally accountable to fulfill each pre-order. And 10 pre-sales is resonable and achievable to fulfill within a week.

Time frame in Success
Let's say I get 10 folk signed up.
How will that process look?
1. 15-20 min to discuss initial expectations and answer any questions.
2. Initial commitment of $200, you can pay the full $500 for the first month if you like, but $200 is all I require to hold your spot.
3. Once all 10 deposit initial $200, I can purchase the first demo version of the builder good for 30 days or money back.
4. The first person to sign up, gets theirs built first, and I will host a zoom meeting once it us built to show proof of concept to the initial 10 subscribers.
5. After the zoom call, I will send the zoom call recording and a contract to the first 10 to confirm moving forward and the money back guarantee date. (30 days from my product purchase)
6. The Entropic AI Assist email will include a contract and payment link.
7. Builds will progress as payment comes through.
8. Just to clarify, if you choose not move forward with the others at this point, the initial payment will be refunded after the 30 day product trial mark, as that was the point.
There might be a way to decrease your commitment to 150 min/mo if necessary, to build without the added payment, but it could take longer to build as those able to fulfill commitments will be priority.

In failure
Shit happens, it could be a bad product, it could be a bad time, my awareness could be broken, all manner of possibilities, so how do you protect yourself?
This is an offer you have found on the internet. And the internet for all the good it does, does come with risk.
The best way I can think of to secure this opportunity is to use eBay in this instance. It is absolutely not meant for this sort of thing, but if I can list it on eBay you know you can get your money back by reporting me.
If you've been following my journey, you know it's been a bumpy ride and I haven't used my money wisely in the past. So, although this is a straightforward use of money exchanged for a service, that I need to fulfill in order to never have to get a soul draining job again, eBay seems like a decent way to give my clients peace of mind.

The thing about eBay is a package is required to be delivered in order to mark fulfillment complete. So, I will mail you an 'entropic AI' card for a year long entropic membership.
While you don't need a physical card, and you're not an investor in the normal sense of the word, I don't see any reason why I can't treat you with some swag (that may even become a collectible) for facilitating entropic Kreations launch point.
Although, in company success, it could be a cool way to gain entry into exclusive entropic parties, eh?

Alright enough daydreaming about the future. I gotta focus here.

Any questions or concerns not touched on in this article can be discussed on the initial call.

When you are ready to get the ball rolling, shoot me a text at 360-474-5103. I know, so unprofessional.

Personally I want the bot for my business, as spam bots are slowly killing me, and my best solution thus far is to request initial reach outs by text. Sigh, but we do what we gotta do when starting out, right?

Business advice
I'm not opposed to business advice, but let's set up a formal mentorship and it's got to be seperate from this entropic Assist offer, please.
