eK - 1/15/25 - My purpose & trade off

Finding the folk swimming around the dark hole of entropy and facilitating out and up. 

The entropic timeline is not linear, nor is it short.
Getting over the rivers, out of the jungles, and up the mountains, I can teach you how. I can teach you the skills - the resiliency, the adaptation, the mental focus and self care necessary to get to your current mountain and beyond. What I can't do is come with you.
Someone needs to pull folk out of the well. I can't do that from my mountain, so you'll have to tell me all about it once you get there :)

This year has been hard, because I kept living in the mindset of a place I don't actually want to be.

Gratitude for what I have allows me to build what I need to dream big. But I haven't earned that yet.

I always tend to hover around the middle management section. I lift folk out of their slums and find resources to help them accomplish their greatest desires, but I don't need to myself. 

I like fixing and helping. Or it might just be that there are very few who will stay in the trenches and help. I like to feel needed. I definitely don't like to feel like I'm leaving folk behind. I think this is why billionaires write books. Ease the guilt of being successful. I kegt breadcrumbs on how to join me, it's fine.

Current priorities 
- Find work that allows me to live so I can feed my dream from the view of a reasonable income or less than honestly, like my clients will be at when they need me.

- Get a website up that reflect who I am without actively trying to scare folk away

- Make a promo reel on the benefits of connect & crush

- Build a Vision Alignment course 
If I'm honest with myself this means more to me than a quick 3 day workshop giveaway. And I need to put real effort into it.

- Inspirational newsletter based on reframing shifty circumstances is something I'd like to craft, but time is nil and I don't want it written for me. So I may just need to do that later.
However a newsletter is my likely the best way for my talents to connect with my audience, so perhaps I need to add it to my connect and crush workflow.

2 H/day on C&C project
2 H/day on website/online presence.
Website done, Vision goes into that slot
4 H/day on outreach & mktg content support with the theme of the day.

Wed - Data Analysis & Reporting
Thurs - Motivation & Sales Dev
Fri - Cashflow Care
Sat - Shine 5s

It's not a full plan yet, but we're getting there. Kinda did the weeks worth today and yesterday.

I wrote this because I think most people who order from delivery services have this general misconception that their drivers are getting some sort of guaranteed hourly.  Which is true in some states and specifically some city limits, but for folks in General Washington State this is not the case. My average is $3/hour after expenses.  Washington State DoorDash Customers: If you are not tipping, because your drivers often get lost, food is cold, or some other item is not up to your standards  Go get the food yourself  If you aren’t tipping cause you can’t afford it, and can’t go get it MAKE THE FOOD YOURSELF or order an extra item that you tip the driver with if they want it. eK - Navigating entropic Pulsations 18 Dec 24

12/18/24 I see entropy as the hub of all of my visions and what could be. It expands and collapses and expands and collapses. Not quite in a cycle at the same rythym but more of a house music pulse. This week's pulse has me in one helluva ride. However the glimpse I've gotten from the splash of the beat may be actual progress, some traction this time. Seriously the fastest I have ever experienced burnout. Real bad needing to sleep forever burnout, which coukd also be ADHD task paralysis - it's hard to know when you're a quite person.  But I'll tell ya, the only things that shook me loose from the spiral were watching ADHD advice videos on YouTube. Tangible references of information to clock the systems and break the thought cycles.
